Rams' Bees Knees 🐝

Hey Gin Pals!

This next cocktail I cannot take credit for, however the image (which in my opinion is gorg!!) I can 😍

I was contacted by Ramsbury Distillery a while back and asked if I wanted to be one of 50 entries into their competition to win a fabulous Camera Bundle.. Straight away I told myself I probably wouldn't win but it's the taking part that counts and they also gifted me a bottle of their gin too so that I could enter.

So to win, they asked that you picked one of their signature serves from the website and created it for a photo for the Gram and i'm sure you'll agree my picture looks pretty darn good!

Makes 1

You Will Need!

  • 50ml Ramsbury Single Estate Gin

  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 10ml Ginger Ale

  • 10ml Honey Syrup

  • Cocktail Shaker (Or jar with tight seal lid)

  • Ice

  • Lemon Wheel Garnish

Method!

Add all of the ingredients to your shaker and give a good shake with ice.

Shake, Shake, Shake!

Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.

And Enjoy!

Homemade Honey Syrup

I was pleasantly surprised at how simple making honey syrup was! On the Ramsbury website it said to add equal measures into a pan and suggested 250gm Honey & 250ml Water and stir until all of the honey has dissolved, then allow to cool before using.

I did think that this make more syrup than I needed for 1 cocktail so I changed mine to 100gm honey and 100ml water - I still have enough left over to make even more cocktails!
