Mad Hatters G&TEA ☕

If you follow me on Instagram you'll know that a few months back I took part in a friendly cocktail competition on Instagram with some other creative gin lovers! And it was a blast..

The final round started off as a cocktail based on a fictional character and my mind went straight to the Mad Hatter (for obvious reasons) but soon changed to a cocktail that resembles your personality - this was a win win as i was still going with my original plan ...

“You're entirely bonkers. But I'll tell you a secret: All the best people are.” - Lewis Carol, Alice In Wonderland

Makes 1

You Will Need!

  • London Dry Gin (or any plain gin)

  • Earl Grey Tea Syrup (I made my own link below)

  • 1x Lemon

  • Tonic Water

  • Cocktail Shaker

  • Ice & Crushed for your glass

  • Garnish - Fruit Slice, I use Dehydrated.

Method!

Add some ice to your cocktail shaker and add in 50ml Gin, 50ml Earl Grey Syrup & 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice.

Shake, Shake, Shake!

Fill your chosen glass with crushed ice and strain your cocktail shaker over the ice.

Top with Tonic, garnish & enjoy!
